Commencing training with Lucy was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Her extensive knowledge has helped me to make improvements to my diet and lifestyle without following a strict diet and exercise plan. I have now reached a point in my journey where I enjoy exercise and am more mindful about what I feed my body, and for this I thank Lucy! As a result of Lucy’s ongoing support and encouragement I can see and feel changes not only in my body but also in my mental health. Lucy knows just how far to push my training so that I receive the maximum benefits, without overexerting me, she knows my fitness levels and helps me to advance them in order to reach my fitness goals.
