Lucy is a Fully Qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for women's health and wellness with 7 years experience.

Lucy's time within the industry has gifted her with experiences in different fields of education both personal and professional that have enabled her to develop her philosophy on health within the industry.

No two bodies are the same, each of us are unique, we have our own blueprints, different genetic makeups, different psychological behaviours which is why I take an individualised approach to my coaching.
